A solution that automates the Internal Audit lifecycle, including annual planning, individual audit planning, audit testing with analytics capabilities and audit reporting. In addition, we are seeking a solution that integrates Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance and Third Party Vendor Management. The ERM would provide capabilities for corporate risk assessments, dashboards and reporting for leadership and the ability to update risks based on audit or compliance results. The Compliance solution should provide capabilities for corporate policy administration, compliance management for industry frameworks such as NIST CST, NIST 800-53, COSO Internal Controls Framework, SOC 2. The Third Party Vendor Management solution should provide the ability to send/receive vendor questionnaires, securely store required third party vendor audit reports, and allow for ongoing vendor management throughout the contract lifecycle.

EPB is seeking proposals to purchase one or more substation power transformers. Short lead time is a key requirement for this RFP. Transformers proposed for EPB consideration can be newly manufactured, available stock, or refurbished units. Ideal base power ratings should be 7.5 or 10 MVA (other similar sizes will be considered). Voltages should be 46 kV delta to 12.47/7.2 kV grounded wye. EPB will consider stock or refurbished units either with or without a load tap changer.
